Pleast note - photo's have NOT been edited in any way; the contrast has not been altered to make bulls appear 'blacker', mud & manure etc has not been 'cleaned' off bulls nor have any bull images been 'lifted' & imposed on another background. Each bull has been photographed from the near side & off side to try to give a true representation of his type, conformation & stature.
Bulls have been photographed in our yards. We do this so that the cattle rail & cables in the background can be used as a reference or guide to the frame size/stature of bulls which may not be as easily apparent when photographed in a paddock.
Bulls have not been washed or clipped for photo’s (nor on sale day). This ensures a true & more accurate representation of each bull’s natural Coat Type, as well as the variation in Coat Type between bulls. Sometimes it may be just the poll, ears, sheath & tailhead that are clipped. However, we urge buyers to be wary! Even a partially clipped bull can appear as though he is naturally slicker coated only for a buyer to discover that, given time, he is one of the hairier once his coat has had a chance to re-grow. If Coat Type is a component of your bull selection criteria, you can be confident that for our Bull Sale Team, ‘what you see is what you get’.
