We deliberately photograph bulls in our yards. In so doing the cattle rail & cables in the background may serve as a reference or guide to the frame size/stature of bulls which may not be as easily apparent in photographs taken in a paddock situation.
Bulls have not been washed or clipped for photo’s (or on sale day). This gives a 'true' representation of each bulls natural coat type & also the variation in coat type between bulls. A clipped, washed bull can present as though he is naturally more sleek coated, when in reality he is one of the more hairy!
